JQGo is a local party quiz game for solo play and nearby multiplayer sessions. This Privacy Policy explains how JQGo handles information.
Information You Provide
JQGo may store your player or host display name, selected quiz language, music setting, custom quiz themes, game token state, and premium access state on your device. Custom themes and local preferences are used to run the app experience.
Nearby Multiplayer
JQGo uses Apple's local networking and Bluetooth-related discovery features to host and join nearby game sessions. Player names, player identifiers, answers, game state, and remote actions may be shared between nearby devices during a local multiplayer session. This information is used to run the game and is not intended to identify you outside the session.
Quiz Content and Network Requests
JQGo may contact its backend service to prepare quiz themes and questions. Requests may include the selected quiz theme, selected language, and technical information needed to return game content.
Advertising and Consent
JQGo uses Google Mobile Ads for optional rewarded ads. Rewarded ads let users earn additional plays. Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform may process device, advertising, consent, and usage information according to Google's policies and your consent choices. Where required, JQGo shows Google's consent flow and lets you review privacy choices from Settings.
Purchases and Subscriptions
JQGo uses Apple StoreKit for premium subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Apple. JQGo checks App Store entitlement status to unlock premium access, but does not receive your full payment card details.
Analytics and Diagnostics
JQGo may log app events and errors to understand app behavior and improve reliability. Production builds may disable or limit analytics according to app configuration.
Data Storage
Most gameplay preferences and custom settings are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app may delete locally stored JQGo data.
Children's Privacy
JQGo is intended for general audiences. Do not enter sensitive personal information as a player name or custom theme.
Your Choices
You can update the player name, quiz language, music setting, custom themes, and ad privacy choices from the app. You can manage subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.
