These Terms of Service govern your use of JQGo.
Use of JQGo
JQGo is provided for personal entertainment. You agree to use the app lawfully and respectfully. Do not use player names or custom themes to submit offensive, illegal, harmful, or private information.
Local Multiplayer
JQGo can host and join nearby multiplayer sessions using local network and Bluetooth discovery features. You are responsible for choosing who joins your local game session.
Custom Themes and Content
You may create custom quiz themes. You are responsible for the custom themes you enter. Generated quiz content may be imperfect, incomplete, or unsuitable for every audience. Review content before using it in sensitive settings.
Game Tokens, Rewarded Ads, and Premium Access
JQGo may use game tokens to start games. Rewarded ads may be offered as an optional way to earn additional plays. Availability of rewarded ads can vary by region, consent status, network connection, ad inventory, and device state.
JQGo may offer premium subscription access that unlocks unlimited game starts and related premium benefits shown in the app. Subscription pricing and renewal terms are shown by Apple before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID through the App Store.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Restoring purchases in the app checks your App Store entitlements.
No Warranty
JQGo is provided as available. The app may contain errors, interruptions, unavailable ads, unavailable purchases, or generated content issues.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of JQGo.
Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of JQGo after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
